Return of the jedi - Return of the Jedi Reviews

This movie was the best star wars movie of all of the 6. It was full of action and so much suspense. I think George Lucas ended the triolgy well!

The most under-rated - Return of the Jedi Reviews

Many people say that the Return on the Jedi is the original trilogy's weak point, but I think they have been misunderstood. Return of the Jedi is just as good as the original movie it just seems as if it's not because it had to come after the best. No one was expecting much from Star Wars but because it was better than expected, everyone loved it. Then three years later an even better sequel came out and three years after that, because everyone was expecting another Empire, they were a little disappointed, then the disappointment was exaggerated and people decided to not like the last one as much. However, as you can tell, I still think it's brilliant.

Well what can i say the ending of star wars!! - Return of the Jedi Reviews

well this movie is good! everything was put into place it was made perfectly! The ending needs to have a little more action then the party or the fight with Luke and Darth Vader! They should have had Darth Sidous live and fight Luke one and Darth Vader! Then they should show Luke helping out Darth Vader and probably have to let him die but he will still be remebered! OH one thing that was real suprising!!!!!!!!!! Darth Vader took on an appearence of a black guy, a voice of a black guy, and the legendary mask and breathing but inside he's just a crummy white guy that was disappionting!!

Wow!!! - Return of the Jedi Reviews

This was the best Star Wars movie George Lucas can make. Without episode 1-6 Star Wars would be a tragedy!

The geatest series ever!! - Return of the Jedi Reviews

Star Wars kicks Lord of the Rings to Chicago and back and backa and back again. Lord of the Rings is Garbage. Star wars is the Greatest. Thank You

A masterpiece - Return of the Jedi Reviews

All I have to think about is the scene where Darth Vader throws the Emperor over the edge. One of the greatest scenes ever in cinemmatic history.

Good movie but slightly flawed - Return of the Jedi Reviews

I didn't like the ewoks and it was unbelievable that they could overtake modern technology. George originally wrote this as the Wookie home world and I would have believed that if it were wookies. Wookies are tough but George Lucas wanted to market merchandise and market to children so he sacrificed the story a little here but still good overall. Final "star wars" movie original is great! - Return of the Jedi Reviews

In the third and final "Star Wars", we get a great story and great visuals, along with legendary characters and actors! The direction is also better this time around! As we get to understand the characters and their personalities a little bit more this time around, the story closely draws the audience in to the world of stunning technical details and romance. Luke Skywalker has teamed up and reunited with his friends, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, C-3P0, and his favorite droid, R2-D2, to stop an army of stormtroopers and the evil Darth Vader from destroying the Ewok planet of Endor. While Han and Leia defend the planet and the frightened Ewoks from the stormtroopers of Vader's army, Luke finds himself facing the Emperor known as Darth Sidious. In order to save his friends, Luke must fight in a Lightsaber battle against Vader and the Emperor and win. The stunning work that went in to this movie was stunning for it's time and if you think about it, even today it looks like a buried treasure! Like the last film, the this movie had a different director. Richard Marquand took the place of George Lucas and Irvin Kershner to direct this movie. Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, and Carrie Fisher, for the first time really, give us truly believeable performances and are perfect in a movie together! This is one of those "Star Wars" movies that did not get much attention and was considered the fan's least favorite of the original series! But I still think that this is a movie for all ages and will be appreciated by anyone! George Lucas later made his "Star Wars" prequel trilogy beginning with "Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace" and ending with the third movie prequel, "Star Wars: Episode 3 - Revenge Of The Sith". The middle movie movie prequel was "Star Wars: Episode 2 - Attack Of The Clones". (See reviews). This review was to encourage other people that haven't seen any of the "Star Wars" movies to become fans or at least come to appreciate the work that was put in to this movie. If this review didn't help you, then it's okay.
